About the role
You work on the SMT assembly line, next to an experienced operator who trains you during the first weeks. You don't need experience in electronics, only attention to detail and a wish to learn.
What you'll do
- Prepare and load the feeders according to the component list
- Start and monitor the solder paste printer, pick-and-place machine and reflow oven
- Visually check the first boards in each batch and report deviations
- Fill in batch sheets for traceability
- Keep the work area clean and ESD compliant
What we're looking for
- Secondary education
- Attention to detail and good eyesight, including colour vision
Nice to have
- Experience in a production environment
- Basic computer skills
